Read before answering
Coordinate model: A=(0,0), B=(12,0), units centimetres. Find all points P exactly 5 cm from A AND equally distant from A and B. The first condition is a circle; the second is the perpendicular bisector x=6. Count intersections, including a tangent once. Exactly a distance describes the boundary, not a filled disc.
