Read before answering

Insertion-sort input [9,3,8,3]. Initially only the first item is the sorted prefix. Take each next item in turn, shift strictly larger prefix values right, then insert the item. Equal values are retained. A pass means inserting ONE next item, not finishing the whole sort.
