Draw constructions on a separate sheet; record measurements and explanations here. Draw angle AOB=130 degrees using a protractor. Then CONSTRUCT its bisector with ruler and compass: one arc centred at O cuts both arms at C,D; equal-radius arcs centred at C,D cross inside at P, away from O; draw OP. Keep the arcs. Use the protractor afterwards only to check the result. Handle the compass safely.
