Read before answering
Extend the product pattern n x (-4) through n = 2, 1, 0, -1, -2. Each decrease of 1 in n increases the product by 4. This explains why two negative factors give a positive product. Check division by multiplying quotient and divisor; a zero divisor is never allowed.
