Read before answering

A bag contains 4 red counters and 8 blue counters, identical except for colour. Each counter is equally likely to be drawn. Record the colour, replace the counter and mix before every new draw. In a separate 20-draw trial, red appeared 9 times. The trial result is evidence, not a guarantee for the next draw.
