Compare a right prism with two matching 7-sided polygonal ends and a pyramid with one 7-sided base. Count all flat faces, straight edges and vertices, including hidden ones. A prism has n rectangular side faces plus two ends; each end has n edges and corresponding vertices are joined. A pyramid has n triangular sides meeting at one apex. Separately consider a cylinder, cone and sphere using flat faces, curved surfaces and circular rims, not just polyhedron edge counts.
