Original story brief: a character wants to deliver a friend's invitation, but the envelope is accidentally damaged. The decision is whether to discard it or explain and deliver it. Plan a consequence caused by that choice, not an unrelated rescue. The questions develop a plan and short opening; a complete narrative draft and feedback remain follow-up work on a writing pad or separate paper.
