Original story brief: a character wants to return a borrowed book, but the cover has been torn. The decision is whether to conceal the tear or admit what happened. Plan a consequence caused by that choice, not an unrelated rescue. The questions develop a plan and short opening; a complete narrative draft and feedback remain follow-up work on a writing pad or separate paper.
