Read before answering
Add unsigned binary 0010 and 1011 using carries: 1 + 1 makes binary 10. Separately add 1111 and 0100. A four-bit unsigned register holds only 0 through 15. Write the full mathematical result before judging whether it fits; silently dropping a carry changes the value.
