Read before answering
Add unsigned binary 1000 and 0101 using carries: 1 + 1 makes binary 10. Separately add 1010 and 1001. A four-bit unsigned register holds only 0 through 15. Write the full mathematical result before judging whether it fits; silently dropping a carry changes the value.
