Read before answering
An invented event list has three main entries under displays. Entry A: models, on the left. Entry B: paintings, in the centre. Entry C: photographs, on the right. Commas already belong inside these entries. Semicolons can separate whole entries so the groups stay clear; they need not be complete sentences in this use.
