Read before answering

Write a respectful request to the classroom project leader for a guide to organising digital project files. Supplied fictional evidence: in a practice folder, vague names made two fictional files difficult to identify. Limit: no real pupils' private folders were inspected. Use these as invented practice facts, not claims about your actual school. A persuasive letter needs a request, relevant reasons, honest evidence and an appropriate ending.
