Observation card: the OUTSIDE of a cold closed lunchbox becomes damp in humid air. Water vapour in the humid air can cool and change into liquid droplets on the surface. That change is condensation. The visible drops are liquid; water vapour itself is normally invisible. Discuss the supplied record; do not use boiling water, hot steam or electrical cooling equipment yourself.
