Observation card: droplets appear on the OUTSIDE of a cold closed bottle. Water vapour in the surrounding air can cool and change into liquid droplets on the surface. That change is condensation. The visible drops are liquid; water vapour itself is normally invisible. Discuss the supplied record; do not use boiling water, hot steam or electrical cooling equipment yourself.
