Read the information, then answer the questions. An adult may read the instructions aloud. Show your working where asked.
Read before answering
Place-value card: divide 40 by 10 and by 100. Draw columns for tens, ones, tenths and hundredths. Dividing by 10 makes each digit worth one tenth as much. Keep the decimal point between ones and tenths; use zeros where empty places need them.
