Speaker: Rosa. Reporting verb: asked. Exact spoken words: Have you seen my ticket? Write the reporting clause first, then the spoken words in double inverted commas. The reporting clause is not itself speech. Keep a question mark or exclamation mark belonging to the speech inside its marks.
