Supplied model record: on a hinged leg model, pulling green string makes the joint bend; pulling yellow string makes it straighten. The strings represent pulls by opposing muscle groups. Real muscles can contract and pull; they do not push a bone back. This is a simplified model. An adult prepares fasteners; use the record instead of forcing any body movement.
