Paragraph 1: The school noticeboard was crowded with old posters. The council asked each club which notices were still useful. Paragraph 2: They removed outdated notices with permission and gave each club a labelled space. Pupils could now find current club information more easily. A summary keeps the main problem or goal and the important action or result. It need not repeat every detail.
