Read before answering
Word study: submarine means a vessel that can travel under water. Read aloud: 'The model submarine moved below the water's surface.' Spelling note: Sub gives the idea of under in submarine; check the whole spelling and meaning. Read and discuss the model first. Then cover it while writing the word, uncover it and compare the letters. For question 3, create a new sentence rather than copying this one.
