Shape fact card: a triangular prism has 5 flat faces, 9 straight edges and 6 vertices (corners). Its faces are two triangles and three rectangles. A cylinder has two flat circular faces and a curved surface. A sphere has no flat faces. An adult can show safe solid models to match these descriptions.
