Picture story: the original photo contains a yellow pencil and a green pencil. A cropped copy keeps the yellow pencil but cuts out the green pencil. Cropping removes edges of a picture; it does not change what was actually there. Keep the original and explain important edits. These are descriptions, not supplied photos.
