Circulation segment: heart supplying oxygen-rich blood to a leg. Simplified adult route: right heart -> lungs -> left heart -> body -> right heart. Artery means away from the heart; vein means towards it. Oxygen content depends on the circuit. 'Deoxygenated' means relatively less oxygen, not necessarily none.
