Adult reads this complete original mini-story twice: The class searched for Pip. 'Pip, Pip, where are you?' they called by the shelf. No Pip. 'Pip, Pip, where are you?' they called by the door. A small miaow came from a box. On the second reading, pause before the repeated words so the child can join in.
