Make a top-view 3 by 3 grid: columns A B C left to right, rows 1 2 3 top to bottom. Start at C3, facing left. Program: forward, right turn, forward. Forward moves one square; right turn changes facing clockwise by a quarter-turn, without moving. Predict before tracing with a toy. An adult helps read each command.
